Help — How Buying Works ｜ 购买与发货说明

1. Pick a product and click its buy button. You will be taken to a secure NOWPayments payment page for that exact product and price.
2. Pay with cryptocurrency. USDT, USDC and other major cryptocurrencies are accepted. Send the exact amount shown on the payment page.
3. Enter your email address on the payment page. This is the address your files will be sent to — please double-check it before you pay.
4. Send us your payment confirmation. After paying, forward the receipt / transaction confirmation NOWPayments shows you to toby.water@outlook.com. Mentioning the product name in the email helps us match your order faster.
5. Your files are emailed to you. We match and verify payments automatically, and delivery follows right after — usually within minutes of your confirmation email, and always within 24 hours.

• Files are delivered by email, as attachments — a PDF for every pack, and Markdown source files as well for the packs that list them.
• The delivery email goes to the address you entered on the payment page.
• Can't find it? Check your spam / junk folder and the promotions tab first — a first email from a new sender sometimes lands there. Searching your inbox for "Tobywater" also helps.
• If 24 hours pass with no delivery email, write to toby.water@outlook.com with your payment confirmation and we will sort it out.

Deleted the email, changed computers, lost the download? No problem. Email us at toby.water@outlook.com from the same email address you used when you paid, tell us which product you bought, and we will re-send your files free of charge.

• Duplicate payments and verifiable payment errors are refunded in full. Paid twice for the same product, or sent a payment we can verify was a mistake? Tell us — once verified, we refund it in full.
• Cancelled before delivery? If your files have not been sent yet, you can cancel the order for a full refund.
• Damaged file? If a file arrives corrupted or unreadable, we replace it with a working copy free of charge — every time.
• Because these are digital files, a delivered and readable file cannot be returned, so completed deliveries are not refundable for other reasons.

The honest version: at the moment, this store only accepts cryptocurrency payments — there is no card or PayPal checkout yet. If you have never used crypto, here is how most buyers get set up:

• Buy USDT on a major exchange. Apps and sites such as Binance, OKX, Coinbase or Kraken let you buy USDT (a dollar-pegged coin, 1 USDT ≈ 1 USD) with a bank card or transfer, usually after a standard identity check.
• Pay from the exchange or your wallet. On our NOWPayments payment page, pick USDT, then send the exact amount to the address shown — most exchanges have a "withdraw / send" function for this, and the payment page shows the network to use. The network on your sending side must match the one on the payment page.
• Keep the confirmation. The transaction receipt your exchange or wallet shows you is your payment proof — that is what you email us in step 4 above.
