Privacy Policy ｜ 隐私政策
Last updated: October 23, 2026. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver digital files, we never sell data, and we never ask for your passwords.
What we collect
- Checkout email address. When you pay through NOWPayments, you enter an email address; our delivery system uses it to send your files and to match your payment to your order. Payment itself is processed by NOWPayments — we never see or store your wallet keys, card numbers or exchange credentials.
- Emails you send us. Order questions, delivery records (what was sent, when, to which address) and support correspondence, kept so we can re-send files, handle refunds and honour update promises.
- Waitlist & newsletter signups. If you email us to join the Solo Signals list or the AI Headshots waitlist, we store your email address for that single purpose.
- Photo restoration: photos you send for assessment or restoration are used only for your order. Our copies of your originals are deleted within 30 days of delivery.
What we never collect
- Passwords, login codes, or access to your accounts — for visa services, you log in and submit everything yourself.
- Government ID numbers or financial account details. If a service ever seems to need them, we will structure the work so they stay with you.
Cookies & local storage
This site is static. It stores two preferences in your browser's local storage — your light/dark theme and your language choice — and nothing else. There are no advertising trackers. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and operations.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. The only processors involved are the ones required to run the store: NOWPayments (payment), our email provider (delivery and support), and Cloudflare (hosting).
Your choices
Ask us at any time to delete your email from delivery records or lists, or to tell you what we hold about you: toby.water@outlook.com. Deleting delivery records means we can no longer re-send lost files or send pack updates, so we will confirm before deleting those.
我们只收集交付所必需的最少信息（结账邮箱、你发来的邮件），永不出售数据，永不索要密码；照片原件副本在交付后 30 天内删除。
